Exchange Terms

  1. Customers should contact customer support via Email (support@diamonddotart.com) before returning or exchanging items. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. If it is a faulty item, you need to send us pictures/videos of the item that can show where the fault is. After sending your return, you need to inform us of the tracking number. 
  2. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and unmodified.
  3. For return and exchange events that are not caused by our mistakes, you need to bear all shipping fees.
